Booking & Cancellation Policy


How to Book:

  1. Request: Send me a message via WhatsApp with your service request and all required information.

  2. Pre-confirmation: I will verify your details and send you a pre-confirmation.

  3. Secure your spot: To confirm your reservation, a 35% deposit is required.

  4. Final Payment: The remaining balance is to be paid directly to your driver on the day of the service.

Cancellation & Modification Policy:

  • Flexible Changes: For any modifications or updates, please contact me via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that drivers are not authorized to handle booking changes or notifications.

  • Early Cancellations: If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your service date (transport, tour, or hotel), a 10% administrative fee will be applied.

  • Last-Minute Changes: Modifications requested less than 24 hours before the service are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date, or "no-shows," are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

  • Completed Services: No refunds are available for services already performed. (Note: Payments made via link include a 6% processing fee).
